Gunjan Aggarwal, SPHR
Gunjan is an accomplished HR professional with over 15 years of experience in senior HR roles across US, UK, Switzerland and India. She has worked closely with the executive leadership teams of Unilever and Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Gunjan specializes in aligning the HR strategy of organizations for corporate success in areas of organization-wide change management, restructuring in situations of business acquisition and divestiture, development of a strategic compensation and rewards strategy geared towards growth, executive leadership development and coaching, succession planning, and in development of a successful organizational culture. A thought leader in HR, Gunjan has been a key note speaker and has written articles for various publications like ASTD, New England Journal of Technology and OD Practitioner. She has served as a board member of SHRM Global Human Metrics Expertise panel, executive board member of Novartis Learning board, Novartis global D&I council, and a member of the CLO Network advisory board.
Semyon is a serial entrepreneur, inventor, board member, philanthropist and angel investor with a passion for building great companies. He co-founded Fast Engines, Vert, Global Cycle Solutions, PDFfiller, and East of Air. In addition to leading SMTP since 2002, Semyon enjoys flying helicopters, windsurfing, biking and spending time with his family. He received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Columbia University and his Masters degree from MIT, where he was known in the early nineties for creating the SNPP Internet payment protocol, as well as for managing one of the notorious MIT Blackjack Teams.
Mike founded and spearheaded Cangrade for our first 2.5 years. He raised our initial venture funding, developed key strategic relationships and brought in our first six-figure revenues. Mike is an accomplished serial entrepreneur, with over 15 years experience in starting-up companies and implementing dozens of high-profile projects with organizations including UBS Investment Bank, the William J. Clinton Foundation and the United Nations Development Programme. Mike and his work have been featured in Bloomberg BusinessWeek, The Huffington Post, Fox Business and many other publications. He served over 2 years as a Peace Corps Volunteer and is a published organizational development author with international distribution.
